People are attracted to folks who look like themselves because those people are descended from folks who were willing to screw people who look like the people in question. It is a matter of improving the odds of getting some.

There is no such thing as a 'genetic' race like white, black, etc. There is however cultural constructions of those races that often limit inter-dating/breeding as well as some similarities amongst geographic locations (most people in Asia and all Native Americans share gonial eversion for example.)

If you look at evolution you see we talk about race in term of pheontypic expressions of the cranial and post-cranial systems - which you can not determine race from.

All people have the same number of chromosomes. That's why we're all human. That said, I'm multi-racial (1/2 black, 1/2 white). I'm attracted to all racial groups. However, I have an inclination towards "exotic" looking females.

hmm I am attracted to most races. Whites for sure (grew up in a mostly white area), asians and I love the latinas. That said, there are very few black women who turn me on... odd.
