Why are my hands shaking

In the past year or so, my hands have been shaking whenever I hold it out or grip something hard. I never had shaky hands before, quite the oppsite. It's freaking me out, can it do with my diet? I've been eatting subpar food for a while.

any other possible causes?

Just go see a fuckin doctor. Jeez. If it's not a cold/flu/something common go and just fucking see one. Asking ATOT is retarded.
