when you see a mixed person that is average or ugly most wouldn't even bother to wonder if they are mixed, or care to ask them or get to know them. it is just an overgeneralization (all mixed people are cute/hot). people will point out kristin kreuk, etc. but c'mon most actresses have to be hot in order to make it right?

bah, mixed asian/white female = teh hotness 75%+ of the time. mixed asian/white male tends to inherit the feminine asian features (round face, small nose, etc) around pockets of white features, resulting in people like keanu reeves and me. therefore, my theory is that while mixed females are teh bomb, being mixed as a male does not produce an advantage and may even prove to be a disadvantage. or maybe that has nothing to do with it and i'd have better luck with the ladies if i wasn't an ATOT dork :)

its called an f1 generation. When 2 organisms of dramatically different genetic origins make babies the resulting offspring are referred to as the f1 generation. These individuals often times are much bigger stronger and more vigorous than non f1 generations this rule holds true whenever two creatures or plants reproduce.

I've met a lot of ugly ones too...Just like any pair of people having kids, it's always a gamble...

Not that looks are important at all of course...

Genetics aside and how the mixing of them promotes usually the 'good' traits....


There are tons of non-mixed children and adults that are smoking hot. There are tons of all sorts of mixes that are revolting, I would say there are probably a lot more ugly mixed race children born than good looking ones.

That only deals with hybrids..

A black person + white or any other mix doesnt equal a 'true' hybrid since we are all the same species. In order to get a true hybrid and get that 'hybrid vigour' your talking about [enhanced strengh etc] you would need to mix two seperate species - like a monkey with a man, or a ape with a man. The drawback to that is that cancer and defects in the babies would usually kill it before its born, and real hybrids are always born sterile unlike human mixes [cause they are not hybrids].

human mixes dont get any benefits other than inheriting the possibility of getting a race specific disease [sickle cell anemia] and, arguably good looks.

Yesss...my ex-gf was half black/half italian. Man she had the butt of a black girl attached to some slim curvy european figure with a gorgeous face as well. mmmm-mmmmmmm

i usually find them to be quite intelligent more than anything. particularly asian with just about anything else, even if not knock-your-socks off attractive. The interesting thing is that they have a sort of open creative side, perhaps due to the multi-cultural influences, that I think creates a strong foundation for their intellect. Very similar to, and I'm being sincere here, homosexuals, that are often of high intelligence as well. It may speak moreso of an unconventional view they have in dealing with life's challenges.
I highly doubt that they have better immune systems. Since adaptive immunity is often built from scratch once a child is born, it would most be influeced by the environment they are raised in.
I actually don't find mixed people more attractive...at all. Attractive, but not moreso than the offerings of unimixed lineages. They are different, but the novelty wears off quickly without a personality to back it up.

I tend to agree with you. You people dont know what you are talking about. Only a small number of mixed children are good looking. The great majority are not, sorry to disappoint you. Take a good look around because in 20 years there will be more ugly people than now because of all the mixing.
