It's only the 3rd world countries in Europe like Italy, France, Spain and Greece where people haven't discovered the internet yet. More to the north broadband is very common. I think more than half the people in holland has broadband nowadays, and even more in Sweden.
Heh, don't mean to nitpick, but the term 3rd world nations is technically referring to communist nations or those outside of the western 1st world nations during the red scare. So that would disqualify all the countries you've listed so far 🙂
