I agree, I tend to find blacks in large groups to be overly loud and in a way dominate the space we are sharing.
Sorry if this bothers the pc police, but this happens to be my experience.

Americans are petrified of talking about anything racial, no matter what. For example they don't even know that blacks are only 8 percent of the population. They think it's 50 percent, because that's what it is on TV.

Some of the postgrad chinese people are LOUD dude same with some of the Indians at my college. Granted I have friends from everywhere and they are not as loud as some of them around! Just different people.

Anything regarding someone's race or ethnicity, the zealots of AT come out and call you "RACIST" immediately.
