i still think it is bullshit about "real" food being expensive. you can get pounds of chicken for like $10 and then a bag of rice that will last weeks for like $10. that is the equivalent of 2 fast food meals for the most part. people are simply lazy as shit now a days.

But is that organic cage-free chicken and gluten-free rice? :colbert:

I am happy I got fat!

Before I was fat I was a skinny tall guy that women adored!

They loved me so much I was always broke. Downtown D.C. $400 dinner plates.

Went broke keeping the wimmins happy.

Then in 2004 I discovered world of warcraft and I gained weight and now nobody wants me and all the money is mine mine mine!

I'm saving up tons of cash not dating and paid in cash full for muscle car and my next car will be the top line TESLA. It is about time I spoil myself.

15 second ad with pop-up upon closing window that circumvented pop-up blocker. No thank you.

All I see is a blank page with NoScript asking me if I want to enable additional content from about 15 more sites.

Thanks, but no.

OP, mind posting the text and photos? No way I'm enabling all those scripts in my firefox.

A lot of people work jobs and don't have time to cook every day or have their wife and their mom making dinner.

And rice has pretty much no nutritional value, and the starch metabolizes to sugar, which is just empty weight gain. Fruits and vegetables are expensive.

there is plenty of time to cook. my wife and i both work. i got home last night and put 2 cups of rice in a rice cooker, sliced up some onions to put in it, added water and salt, and turned it on for about 15-20 minutes.

waited about 10 minutes and while that was cooking, i pulled out some pork chops and put some salt on them. cooked them for 3 minutes on 1 side, then 2 minutes on the other side.

dinner was ready in about 18 minutes.

if you don't want rice, get brown rice or some canned green beans. green beans are like .99 - 1.39 a can, depending what kind you get and when you get them. still dirt cheap and you could cook those + a piece of meat in about 10 minutes total.

you're telling me people don't have 18 minutes a day to make food? they probably would take longer than that going to mcdonalds and waiting in the drive through window.

fruit is expensive? you can get like 6 big ass apples for $4 or $5. but at mcdonalds that will get your 4 or 5 apple pies instead!

you are making excuses and are in denial just like the lazy ass fat people who want to blame everyone but themselves. i'm sure your response will continue to keep the excuses flowing.

When people stopped eating fat in food and started consuming sugar in drinks. Sugar in baked goods and pastries didnt help either, and HFCS is even worse.

You shouldn't recommend such a dangerous activity. My last bike ride I hit a bump and dropped my cigarette into my super sized fries. Those ashes tasted terrible.

Fruits and vegetables are expensive. An apple for example

But yes, fast food isn't cheap either

yesterday's breakfast was 4 pieces of cinnamon raisin toast with dairy/soy free butter substitute
lunch was wendy's double burger + 2 fun size butterfingers
dinner was whataburger + fries then some mexican grilled chicken + potatoes + beans

breakfast today was a sonic fiesta steak burrito (no cheese) and a grilled chicken sandwich
lunch was sriracha popcorn w/pepsi
snack of a single grandma's oatmeal raisin cookie
another snack of 4 pieces of cinnamon raisin toast with butter substitute

dunno what i'm going to have for dinner

i sit down all day and don't work out

i think that's why i'm fat D:

Have to agree with this 100%. You've just gotta know how to shop and how to cook and you're set. I very rarely eat out. If I do, it's only if I'm on the road.
I even make my own pizza at home.
