2. It costs more to make since they are cut from same die, unlike P4 design where they slap two prescotts together on same package. More bad chips as a result which costs need to be amortized over the good ones.

Link please. I wasn't aware that the P4 was 2 dies in 1 package vs two cores on 1 die.
