High school is a requirement, you have to go, or take your GED. College is an option. You don't like working hard to learn and better your future, take up a trade. You can make good money in trade work. It's going to be hard work, and you won't have the possibilities that college will give you, but you can lead a fruitful life. You don't like working in college, leave. F all the ignoramuses.
Having graduated with a psych degree, I can attest that psych isn't a very challenging major, unless you are doing the neurobiology side of it. Overall (as you know) it's not a very marketable for anything other for teaching/research. Maybe you should look for a major with more 'real world' application. I know people would flame me for that statement, but basically you need a Ph.D before people start taking your experience in it seriously, because psych is still a very theoretical 'soft' science. A lot of the stuff is purely academic. Whereas if you have an engineering, business, or other degree, you have some concrete knowledge to put to use.Originally posted by: gjeste

Right now Psychology is my major, and I like it quite a bit. so i dunno if its the major thats the problem. I guess one problem may be that i dont know what I want to do with it, (in order to be a psychologist u have to go to school for like 4 extra years, so forget that)
