Stop being so negative. Who wants to be around a self loathing prick that hates the world and hates himsefl!? You're just an asshole as far as I see it. You're full of bullshit complaining about how bad your pampered life is. Why the fvck should I care!? I hope for the next ten years you are near the brink of starvation - maybe then I would care, but probably not if you kept up your piss poor sh!tty attitude. Dude, someone really ought to kick your ass. IF you don't get off your but and realize all the luxury, all the comfort, all the oppurtunity that billions of people in this world will never even get close to - you deserve to rot like a motherfvcker.

Right now Psychology is my major, and I like it quite a bit. so i dunno if its the major thats the problem. I guess one problem may be that i dont know what I want to do with it, (in order to be a psychologist u have to go to school for like 4 extra years, so forget that)

High school is a requirement, you have to go, or take your GED. College is an option. You don't like working hard to learn and better your future, take up a trade. You can make good money in trade work. It's going to be hard work, and you won't have the possibilities that college will give you, but you can lead a fruitful life. You don't like working in college, leave. F all the ignoramuses.

I've thought about going to a trade school. The only problem with that is that i hear those are 2 years. and thats about how long it will take me to finish getting my B.A.

Plus in trade school you have to do homework and crap like that too, right?

Having graduated with a psych degree, I can attest that psych isn't a very challenging major, unless you are doing the neurobiology side of it. Overall (as you know) it's not a very marketable for anything other for teaching/research. Maybe you should look for a major with more 'real world' application. I know people would flame me for that statement, but basically you need a Ph.D before people start taking your experience in it seriously, because psych is still a very theoretical 'soft' science. A lot of the stuff is purely academic. Whereas if you have an engineering, business, or other degree, you have some concrete knowledge to put to use.

Trade school? I was thinking carpentry, plumbing, welding, sheet metal shop...my dad's company hires those people straight out of high school and they learn from experience, working their way to the top.
