I loosened my memory timings, lowered the memory speed. Everything was fine until I played STALKER. Then I lowered my timings and speed like I did before. And then I played COD4 and now I am getting BSOD.

OK.
E4500 @ 3GHz
GA-P35-DS3L
2GB Crucial Ballistix (they are supposed to run @ 4-4-4-12 800MHz but I put them to 5-5-5-15 630 something because of the BSOD Problem.)
8800gts 640MB
vista

What could be causing my problem?

edit
ok. sorry for not responding I had to wait for another BSOD. I was able to right down the error.

Stop: 0x00000124 (0x00000000, 0x83e72b00, 0xb2000040, 0x00000800)

idle cpu is at 33C. Browsing the net and listning to music temps are around 39C. Under full load with orthos temps are 55 to 60C.

I attempted to look up the STOP error @ Microsoft's Vista support page, here: link

It returns nothing, sure you have the correct STOP error?

Googled "Vista 0x00000124" returned hits, looks like it's a sound device driver issue..
