WHS 2011 Backup software

Anything out there that will let me create a bootable image of the WHS 2011 boot partition? I have tried Acronis and it will let me clone the entire HDD, but I don't want that since I will be storing updated drivers and programs on the 2nd partition and don't want them erased or even want them imaged in the first place since they get updated and changed over time.

I've used Easus for my Win 7 backup and it works great for this, but it won't install on WHS 2011 (like most other backup software).

Which version of Acronis are you on? The latest version (2013) is fully capable of backing up partitions or disks, user's choice. So I don't see why Acronis wouldn't be working for you here.

Maybe I missed something with 2013 (the 15-day trial) but if I recall, the only cloning option came in the form of HDD imaging and I don't want the entire HDD cloned.

I will look again tonight.

Yeah, clone drives, backup partitions. Clone partitons? Nope, can't find it.

I gave up, cloned the entire drive and just deleted all of the crap on D:

If anyone knows Acronis and can tell me what I'm missing, let me know.

Do you not have anything like the following?

That's the very first thing that pops up when you go to "Disk and Partition Backup."

I've seen it, but I've fiddle farted with so many things from 3 or 4 different programs that - don't know how I used it.

I ended up just getting a refurbished 300GB Seagate from NewEgg for like $30 and just cloned the whole drive. I may play with Acronis on my desktop till I get it figured out, but the household is gettinf tired of the server going up and down all the time so I'll just leave it be for now.
