I always find it interesting to see who actually takes the time to read through an entire thread before posting and who doesn't.

My wife hijacked my camera for a business trip so if this thread is still around next week I'll put up some pics 🙂.

If someone walked up to one of your supposed "history buffs" and said; "here, this is a vintage, mint condition silk hand-made nazi flag, for you". Not a single one of them would turn it down.
Now, to call someone a nazi, or another derogatory remark, because of the objects they own, is beyond ignorance.
I can't even begin to get into the depths of idiocy flowing from what you say. It's pure, unbridled hatred flowing from you.

i'm an extremely flexible person when it comes to many things, but nothing anyone can say will convince me that hanging up an 8 foot nazi flag in their room is justifiable. i don't care if it's fvcking made out of diamonds and stiched together by heinrich himmler.

and realize that while some of these history buffs will accept the flag as a collector's item, they wont display it as a decoration in their computer room.

most of the traders I work for use Quad video cards
I'll try to snap a pic onf of these days of their setup...
quad video card with 4 20 inch flat screens...sweet 😀

Wow there are some cool looking setups people have on here. If this thread is up tonight when i get home I will snap a pic of my 2 desks.
 
So your friend with the 5 monitors .... why are there 2 comps in the picture as well? It looks like he has 2 PCs running ... one with 3 monitors, and one with 2.
 
wow a lot of dell monitors here!

my desk isn't much, hoping to get a better one but can't really justify that as the one I have works and is alright.

some nice setups here but the desk's aren't that special. The one with the glass desk that looks good.

You better not tell all his buddies that. They're into the same thing. One of his friends even claims to have a flag that was recovered from the room where Hitler supposedly shot himself. You can BET that's proudly displayed with his collection. Let's put this in a different perspective: would you display a Roman sword? They tried to take over the world, committed attrocities that you can't imagine, yet I bet you'd show it off on your mantle in a minute. Chill out- this guy fought in Korea as a fighter pilot and served with the Air Force for 27 years. He's about as American as you can get (he's actually a lot like Rudy off of the first Survivor if you remember him 😉 ). Go away.

He has different flight sims running. He switches between them a lot, and one of them is a server.
 
OK please hold the envy to a minimum, check out my fine Old American Plastic Veneer Computer Desk, If you want one like it you will have to save up say about $40 and go to the nearest Office Depot.

I may not have the coolest. But I'm fairly certain it's the messiest. 😀

After cleaning my office (2nd office) for over an hour, I was able to make it look like this... http://www.geocities.com/amdman1980/mydesk.5.28.03.JPG (copy and paste into browser)

Oh and yeah mines custom made. Except it's not exactly how I wanted it... the woodworker guys that worked on the house built this for me real quick, but I wanted the sides longer in length and wanted it the same height... So once I get a free day lol, I'll have to move all the stuff out and "tweak" it a bit. 🙂
