Verizon has been tops for a long time for great coverage and customer service. ATT has been bleeding customers like crazy and have all been jumping to other carriers since porting begain (alot to VZW). Problem is with Verizon's vzw's CDMA network is that with more user, the coverage area actually shrinks. I've been dropping alot of calls lately on VZ. However once they get their upgrades together and evdo onlne, then they should have no prob taking down the new Cingular.
