my dad has a '91 diesel bmw with roughly 500,000km (and that's on the original engine too).

I have around 90k on my Tahoe...my new business is really running the miles up on it.
I am happy to say that I'll never win this category, though....I'll never run a car much over 100k, if that.
I'd rather drive something that's reasonably new and lower miles. My current car is old for me, but I'll change that before too long.

My 79 lesabre is at ~105k or so.

Its just down the road from where I live... California no less... I have to snowmobile out of here about 6 months out of the year...

Heh... you should see it when Cal-Trans hits a rock or a tree from an avalanche... stops them dead in there tracks....

85 vw jetta diesel. naturaly aspirated.

original engine. original tranny. original clutch!

but the back on the driver seat is broken in half and i have a built in smoke screen. it's getting REALLY hard to start in when the engine isn't warm. :( won't last much longer.

My '91 Jeep Cherokee Sport has 249,800 miles on it. I believe every major part has been replaced at least once. Save for the transmission. Should be fun when that goes :roll:

1996 Ford Taurus with 223,000 and some-odd miles. Gets driven about 750 miles a week. Original engine and transmission!

My '91 Cavalier had around 250K. The '98 we have now has about 150K+ and my SE-R has about 20K

you guys all lose!!!!

My 1984 Buick Century Custom 4d v6 has 486,000 miles I hope to break 500,00 by the end of this year.

Supprising thing is that I've never had an accident... however the engine has been overhauled twice and the transmission replaced once.
