Whats the ruling on the 20 car changing drivers?

What did Harvick do early in the race? When I turned it on they had an interactive poll asking if he should be Fined, or Suspended or both
 
Harvick got into a "confrontation" with another driver yesterday.

You can change drivers without any penalties as far as I know.

I think it's legal as long as the driver is leaving his car to get an icy cold RC Cola and a Moon Pie.
 
Tony Stewart (#20) was injured in a racing incident at last weeks race and was experiencing lower back pain. I really thought he'd stick it out, but I guess it was bothering him too much so he switched off with another driver. Since Stewart started the race and ran more than half, he will be credited with the finishing points of the sub.

I'm a huge Nascar fan and I thouroughly believe in the addage "rubbin's racin", however, this was a damn bumper car ride, not a race.

As far as a driver change, it happens all the time. As long as the first driver starts and runs a certain number of laps, they get the points.
