Who's the more whipped one between your parents?

My mom is 51, dad is 57, and my mom basically unleashes out at everything my dad does. This morning, with a few people set to come later.. it was (in Vietnamese):

Mom: "GO CHANGE YOUR PANTS, THERE'S A STAIN ON THEM"
Dad: "What stain, where?"
Mom: "RIGHT THERE LOOK AT IT"
Dad: "I can't even see anything"
Mom: "IT DOESN'T MATTER DO IT OR I'LL DO IT FOR YOU, AND CHANGE YOUR BELT TOO"
Dad: 😕

My mom basically treats him like an 8 year old pretty much.

MY dad pretty much ignores anything my mom says, and vice versa.

Dad: "You didn't put enough salt in this. You never season food well enough. It needs more salt, and maybe some pepper. Why do you always do this?"
Mom: "mmhmm"

Mom: "Why don't you fix some broken item around the house?"
Dad: "I'm busy" <--- goes outside with beer.

My dad always does that last thing 😀. Not the first thing, he's the 'chef' around the house.
