Who's the guy with the big cooler on his video card?

Probably not exactly what your lookin 4 but this guy claims he has a 9500 pro with this same HSF setup.

for my 4200, i had a cpu heatsink propped up with chopsticks that i cut up braced on my modem and a fan propped on teh side. but the fan kept on falling off, so i just removed the HS, and taped up the cpu fan on my stock HS/fan, which doesn't work. works just fine during long gaming sessions. probably cools just as good since now the fan blows on teh gpu rather than the sides of the HS.
