Clarkson, simply because he is always entertaining, kind of like the Howard Stern of car reviewers. James May is a close second but for different reasons.

Jezza. I always enjoy his car reviews more than those by Hamster or Captain Slow... and I find him more outlandish and funnier. They're all key components to making the show the unparalleled leader that it is, however.
