Who's ready to support Ron Paul in 2012?

Anyone excited about a Ron Paul run for the 2012 presidency?
This of course means that he could announce any time within the next eight months and likely sooner than later.
I'm just curious how many of you have been pondering this.
For those of you that think Ron Paul is a little old man know that he still gets up at 5:00am to run and bike and works very long hours juggling his congressional seat, the thriving Campaign for Liberty and his numerous media appearances(He's on the dailyshow again tonight)9/29).
The man gets more done at 74 than most 30 year olds.

I have to say that Rons run for the 2008 republican primary was such an unforgettable time for me and even with his "loss" I have no regrets and infact many fond memories that I will truly cherish for the rest of my life.

I just finished watching an exciting documentary on the Ron Paul Revolution entitled For Liberty. It's recommended viewing for those of you who have waited patiently for a professionally produced story of the Ron Paul campaign.

I think back to early 2007 and how few people we had, to the culmination of events and a few million passionate supports later in early 2008.
If we can do this in two years from such humble beginnings just imagine what we can do when we begin the race with a few million.

I see no alternatives. With Paul, maybe you don't like his ideas, but you actually can trust what they are. You can't say that about anyone else.

but if Ron paul became president, i'd move to USA.
unfortunately, it'll never happen. or if it did, he'd end up like JFK.

Actually he had over 1 million votes in the Republican primaries.

But that is still WAY too little. The Republican party would NEVER let Paul or anyone like Paul to get very far within the party. They are currently working hard to fight off Schiff and Rand Paul obtaining Senate seats. The Republicans do NOT want fiscal conservative, socially liberal members in their party. And they don't need to. All they need to do is wait for the Democrats to fuck up, and they get their power back. That won't take too long.

Having x votes in the primaries means zilch. It's the final election which counts, actually its the electoral votes and Ron Paul got Zero.

I'm glad the R party won't let Ron Paul go far. His ideas are whacked out.

According to Paul, when the Fed gets audited, "that will be the end of it." If that happens, it would have a big impact on world finance and markets. Have any of his other predictions come to pass?

I want to assume you're kidding, but it's rather difficult. Do you really think Paul would be allowed to just pocket the unspent cash? And if he could, do you really think he would? I mean, this is a guy who doesn't even participate in the Congressional pension plan, he doesn't even spend all of his congressional office budget.

He returns a portion of his annual congressional office budget to the U.S. treasury every year.

This guy really is a few sandwiches short of a picnic.

And here we are, all lucky witnesses to the official Paulbot 2012 kick off on Amand tech on 9/29/2009, at 10:29 PM Eastern time.
I can tell my grandchildren I was there at the crucial moment in history.

Now, can multiple predictions of a Ron Paul landslide victory be far behind?

And my closing question is, given the japs always like movie squeals like the son of Godzilla, can we look to Rand Paul as the new Paulbot hope if daddy ever falters?
