I was looking to get a new monitor good luck with that they are selling out with in secs.

Only thing I bought so far was the zippo lighter for $9.62

I already have a PS4 and once I heard about this big Amazon sale, I waited to see and sure enough there is and it's a great deal. Dead now obviously.
 
At least it tells you it's a camera..imagine if it was $420 mystery box..with 0 clue as to what it might be. People would STILL buy it.
 
I took a look at the "deals" they are offering, I'm certainly not impressed. I guess they really want it to be like Black Friday -- a bunch of hype with so-so deals and the masses will flock to them.
 
I give up. What a waste of time. I've been looking for a filler item to do the $20 off $100 and something popped up in the lightning deals that fit the bill. By the time I added it to cart I was waitlisted. F***-this.

I too was greatly dissapointed. They did get me to buy their protein powder though, 25$ gift card with 75$ purchase, so there's that. I also bought a new shaker bottle and creatine...

I guess their tactic worked.
 
wtf? I joined the wait list for an item and like 2 minutes later I get a message that says I missed my time to order or something like that. I thought it was supposed to tell me I could order it and that I had 15 minutes?
 
I laughed when I saw monitors that normally sell for $159 get raised to $299 2 days ago and go for a LIGHTNING deal for $149... oh! I saved $10!

However, with that being said, I did pick up a few items that were decent deals. Their problem is they invited all these 3rd party mechants and invited them to rip people off. I saw one 3rd party selling items for more than normal amazon pricing, but idiots buy it because it's a "LIGHTNING deal!".

$10 less, likely faster shipping and 2 items worth around $30 of accessories is a shit deal? It's nothing amazing, but it's far from a shit deal.

Have you ever dealt with 2nd tier camera resellers? It's the pit of scummy retail.

People don't throw in $150+ lenses for free, those are bundle deals. This is literally a discount+freebies.

Almost everything they are offering is shit, but this deal ain't bad.

The Benq monitor mentioned earlier in the thread pg 8 or so for items to be on sale... never even went on sale... (lightning deal). I've been refreshing all-day in hopes 🙁

I was really hoping to get my multi-monitor setup 🙁
 
ok, am i missing something? how do you see the newest "deals" only?

so like I have to keep scrolling through the deals because it seems stuff gets put in randomly....
 
Honestly, the best part is the shipping promos! I've gotten like $25 in home/tools promotions for no rush shipping on items I didn't spend much more on.

That part is a pain but what you can do is view upcoming, and the 1st pages will stay when they swap so you can go through to buy them right as they switch. Anything that stays for more than 2 minutes usually isn't a decent deal.
