I have a GeForce 3 with TV-out. That's the closest thing to a console I have any desire to have. :)

I like to have all the areas covered. I've already got a PS2 that I really only use as a DVD player and I'll be getting a Gamecube sometime next year probably.

<< If I get one it will be the PS2 >>

Yea I had one, and ebayed it the first day PS2 came out... $300 profit for me :)

I wouldn't buy a console right now. Too addicted to Civ3 and EE.

<< However, X-box has an ethernet port and some of their games will be capable of being played online just like their PC counterparts. >>

While yer waiting for the X-box to get its network off the ground, I've been on-line w/my Dreamcast for almost a year ;) Anyway, I'll wait 8-12 months and see which console has the best game library and then I'll probably pick one up.

I've got PS2. My mom at home just picked up a Gamecube for me. I might get XBox in the future but only if a REALLY good game comes out for it (namely an RPG, since that's mostly what I like, though I do enjoy the occasional fighting game or space-flight sime) and after the price drops some.

I've got a decently nice computer but I just don't like most computer style games (FPS just is boring to me after 5 minutes). Baldurs' Gate (and similiar games like PS: Torment and such), War/Starcraft, and maybe Descent: Freespace are about the only thing on PC that I really have a enjoyed in the last year or two.
