I got my 1/10 RC car last summer and since toronto weather has been too brutal (until today), I haven't run the car in 5 months. this morning, I woke up at 6am, fixed up the car and took it for a little test drive... Damn, I forgot how fast my car went and had a few minor crashes. And that little gas engine pretty much made the entire neighborhood look out their windows to see what's that ROARING sound. And now I'm addicted again... last year I spent $1000 on the car and upgrades, and this year, I'm afraid I'll blow all my money away again
.
Anyway, just like to share my experiences
,
I'm sure there are many other R/C Racers on the forum.
And for those who aren't into this hobby, it's expensive, but all the fun of customizing your own super-machines is well worth it.
Anyway, here's another story, I was repairing my car this morning for a total of 7hrs straight... and all that fiddling around with tiny parts has made my fingers feel like they're all bleeding. But as long as I don't see blood, it's okay
... damn that pull-starter coil! ::grrrr::
