Who's in Houston?

I'm in Houston also, well actually Kingwood. We are high and dry. I'm more pissed than bored since my cable modem stopped connecting all of a sudden a few hours ago and I'm stuck on dial up.

He's a guy on our message boards on our top ten list that always makes short posts but in much quantity but usually his posts are of funniness and that seems to justify it.
 
Did any of the refineries get flooded?

That area has a lot of large chemical plants and refineries. If they flooded it could affect gas prices for a large region of the country.
 
Im in college station which isn't too far away and were pretty dry only a few county roads got flooded

im at work which is in greenway plaza...

didnt get hit hard by the flood, but man...did you guys see 59?? dayem, 13 feet of water!!!
 
5th Ward my friend. 🙂 Seriously though, my roommate has family there that we visited a while back. Their house got flooded big time. 🙁
 
Parents are on the west side- Eldridge/Highway and Memorial (just south of I-10). All dry there- I was in town for the flooding, and it wasn't pretty. Austin didn't get a single drop of rain. 🙁
 
My roommate from last semester lives in La Porte, he's a freak and was going out with a 15 yr old (he's 21). So are you guys all like that, or would he be a freak to you to?
 
I'm in Katy. I still want to setup a swap meet sometime or maybe even rent a large building for a LAN party? Anyone down with that?
