It's 9 AM and I just stuck an 8 lb turkey breast in a brine. woohoo. If I get around to making chicken stock later today, I should be having a brined and roasted turkey breast with avocado soup.
 
Leftovers!

I have pasta with tomatoes and sausages, roasted chicken and some other stuff. There is more then enough to feed the four of us and I am not taking one more thing out of the freezer until what we have is gone. I don't want it to sit in the fridge until it spoils and must be thrown away.

Had some meatloaf for dinner, currently crock-potting chili for dinner for the rest of the week. 🙂
 
3 Scrambled eggs, one morningstar "sausage" pattie, 2 pieces of toast.

Sounded good, so I made it.
 
Apparently my wife is gonna cook some kinda chicken & rice casserole thing. She's trying out a new recipe.
 
I found a sirloin steak that's been in the freezer for about 3-4 months. It's now marinating in sesame oil, soy sauce (light and dark), garlic, sugar, lemon juice, and pepper. Should I add some bleach or Neosporin in case the meat is bad?
 
Sponge Bob cereal + milk (1%). Oops, that is out now as the juniorette is spreading them out all over the floor in search of the marshmallows out of the cereal.
