I have one, one of the easiest tests i ever took! do i think its worth it? No i got a job at a local computa store as a pc tech without one. I took the test about 6 months later and got no increase in pay!!! (those cheap bastards!)

The test was way too easy.

HINT: Choose the answer they want to hear even if it is not really right.

I think it really depends on the employers in your area. Ask around at the different computer stores in your area and find out if they want you to have it or not. I personally think it is a good thing to have.

I got one.. Sorta helped me got my job. I believe that a lot of computer stores requires it for you to work as comp tech. It looks great on basic computer job. But if you going for networking and stuff.. don't even bother to get it IMHO

LOL!.....I got that without doing anything but taking the test! Never even looked at a book.......did it because I was already in business and figured I oughta get it, but yeah, it's way to easy! it may come in handy for some people.....but for me it was pretty much a waste of money!;)

Its worth getting. It at least shows a basic competency with computers, and like they said, some tech jobs require it.

I've got it. It was pretty easy. I got it mostly for resume filler just in case my current job falls through.

me too :D

someone told me u get this to differentiate u from ordinary ppl who claim to know pc
$214 a pop...
my wallet hurts...

Got mine when I was 17 or 18 and the local community college.
If you have solid experience under your belt with pc's and are going for a good job.
A+ is really not that important, if you have a college degree for computer engineering, I do not think they will even look at the A+. They make ask how young you were. ;)

Wow, thats a pretty weak barrier, so Network+ must make you stand out from people who claim to be cisco engineer. ;)

piece of cake. never studied. took it on a whim.

Doesn't help unless you go for a PC technician type job. Didn't do much for my net admin job I don't think...

I took it and thought it was fairly easy. There were a few trick questions though.
