Anyone ever hit the ON button after slappin it together and had it work perfectly?

My last build failed to power on. It was an issue with Seasonics and DFI boards though. Troubleshooted for 20 min before I figured out I can't plug a Panaflo medium into the board. Apparently it draws too much power? (even though its calculated wattage is well below what mobos can handle)

Hardware, every time except my first build when I installed the WOL connector and could not figure out why it wouldn't power on. Software, that's more like 60/40, but I guess that happens when you have to use Windoze.
