VeggieFrog is a HUGE Nintendo fan...

she has the GameCube, the AdvanceSP and an old 64 (that she REFUSES to let me throw away). I bought her a brand new XboX system, with all the bells&whistles, but she would not entertain the thought.

She will want one of these, eventually, I am sure.

🙂

chicks who play video games are hot  besure and let her know that haha

...but chicks who hate microsoft are hotter 😛

...with chicks who  nintendo being the hottist

i saw it at bestbuy today as a demo...

HOLY HELL THE BEST GRAPHICS EVER IN A HANDHELD..of course that's to be expected..but still, omg, it was pretty damn sweet.

metroid looks damn too cool, and the stylus aiming is pretty well implemented. I LIKE!

No. I'm happy with my GBA SP. When a flash cartridge becomes available for the DS, then that's another story.

The DS is backwards compatible with the SP, so any flash cartridges should work with the DS.

Will ity replace the GBA? Yes as long as it doesnt have the same gaming library of the N64 🙂

I sure wouldn't mind having Goldeneye and Smash Bros portable, and wireless multiplayer. If the Dpad or Touch screen actually works well.

I should see if the PSP has any software coming out that I'd want. But what I really want to play is Smash Bros wireless.

I was referring to a DS flash cartridge.

Thought about getting one of these, but I'm kind of iffy about it. In my eyes, the DS came with little fanfare. I haven't heard much about it except what I've actually looked for myself. Thing is, I could get a LOT of my Christmas shopping done with the $200 I'd spend on the DS and a game, so I'll probably skip it this time around.

Called my walmart today.. they said its not out until Tuesday but they have a box of them in the back.

I spoke to the guy, let him know they are out today. He went and checked. 10 mins later, he comes out and says heh, our literature is incorrect, come pick one up.

So i get there 30 mins later and they have 7 of them. Earlier on the phone they had 10 in a box, I get there, ask him how many have sold, he says none yet, and they only have 7. I bet the other 3 were under the counter.

So, I pick up 4 of the 7 for gifts and to ebay one and here I am at home letting mine charge up fully.

I have a flash cart and while it should work fine, I havent tested it yet.

I don't see why anyone would get one; I still can't see the use for two screens, seems like a waste of battery life to me. If I'm going to get a game handheld, I would either get the Current GB Advanced SP or the Sony PSP because sony's PSP is KILLER!!!! Looks just as good as the PS2's graphics. I hope you can hook up the PSP to a TV or monitor! And support for a second controller!

LOL....Typical for the monopoly that the Game Boy has had for the past 15 years on the portable market, but with Sony entering the fray, I would expect a price drop sooner rather than later.
