well, since BBQing involves anywhere between 6-12-24+ hours of slooooooow cooking, usually with smoke, and almost always with portk, I'm not surprised that the chicken would be dry, if done improperly.
I've never heard of anyone trying to BBQ burgers, that's ridiculous.
