TSA being competent? Shens. We need to go back to the pre 9/11 procedures. We won't catch any fewer terrorists as we do now, but we will all be spared a huge hassle of time, money, and dignity.

Yup. The only move I don't mind are the sniffer machines they use. If they can make them work a little quicker in the future, I think that's a reasonable security advancement. Everything else is garbage.

The problem is that our last line of defense gets the most attention and is the only defense that is visible to the public. We need to continue to invest in our intelligence agencies and our intelligence gathering. After all if the TSA actually catches a terrorist, that means every other defense we have failed.

I gotta say, the strange, blank, head tilting stare she gave the camera really reminded me of Mars Attacks. I think we've got bigger worries than terrorists with this one.

They aren't screening with these backscatter/fondling in Boston and WPB airports as reported by my friend that just traveling in the last week.
