Wait a minute..I got a really sweet deal on my house and a 5.7% rate 4 years ago. My house is considered in a financial "enpowerment" zone. To maintain my 5.7% rate, I have to live in this house for 9 years!!!!!! Bubb Rubb and his whole family live in an apartment complex a stones throw from my house!!! They are not "funny". Well..actually they are, but not when I have to be at work at 6:00 a.m.!!!

I agree with Salvador. I've tuned out my ride, but man, the $500 I spent on my Mugen Twin-Loop exhaust and AEM intake just can't compete. Forget a Japanese exhaust that you have to get imported to the US; I oughta take a screwdriver to my muffler tomorrow and just say WOOO-WOOO!

Man people in Oakland are stupid. The whole nation must think we're total savages.
