Okay, so I got shot down on my Thermaltake Tsunami idea, and the Cooler Master Wavemaster sounds too cramped with bad air flow.

How about the Antec P160? or even the Antec SuperLanboy(Yes, I am that desperate).

Personally, I'd stick with the P180 or any number of Lian Li's but that's mostly a matter of tastes as is much in making decsions concerning cases. The Coolermaster 810/830's seem nice and functional too although there seems to be issues with the 830.

I guess that I am looking for a case that has good air flow, is not flimsy, and either comes with a window or can be relatively easy to mod. I prefer a front door because I don't like looking at all of my different colored bezels in the bay drives.

That is why I originally chose the Cooler Master Wavemaster. Beautiful case, easy to put in a side window panel with a fan intake. I have had too many people tell me the case is very cramped, and the air flow will still be terrible. So that's when I went with the Tsunsmi. It was a pre-mod, which can be good or bad, but it had a nice look to it that caught my eye. Then again, people told me it was loud, cheaply built and not easy to work with.

A lot of people always tell me Lian-Li, but I'm not spending that kind of money on something that I am going to tear apart to mod to my liking...

So now I have moved on to Antec. I didn't like the P180, although it would look great with a window mod, because the PSU is at the bottom and running the wires through the case is not easy or they don't reach far enough.

So how about the P160? or maybe the Aurora Gigabyte?

Personally, again, don't care for the 160..........how about the Gigabyte Aurora? Also, there actually is a window available for the P180.......but you'll pay for it.........

As far as the P180 in general.......I don't know what P/S you use, but my Seasonic S12 500's & 600's work fine and they are not known for having long cables except for the newest ones which have been lengthned

I have an Enermax Liberty 620W PSU....How do you like the P180 overall? It has a really strange design with the PSU at the bottom. The reason I brought up complaints about the wiring, was from reading user reviews at Newegg. I like reading reviews from sites like Anandtech, but I also read what the owners think. The Tsunami is a perfect example. Great reviews until I ask the owners on this forum what they think, and it stinks.

Had no problems with the wiring and I have 4 of the P180's. I ran some under the board and the rest through drives area. I really like them but would not discount Lian Li's either......I just don't yet feel the need to spend the money for a comparable case to the P180's. As for Newegg reviews.......I'd put little stock in them.

I recently picked up a P180 also and didn't have any trouble with the wiring either, I have an Antec PSU. The case is big, clean and has a front door like you are looking for. Lian Li makes very nice cases but if you aren't looking to spend top dollar the P180 is a good choice.

Take a look at the new CM Mystique. There is a thread here about it with links. Just search on Mystique. The Kingwin 523 is also nice and it's based on the same chassis as the Mystique and some of the Centurions. The P160 is a decent case, but I just don't care for the appearance of the front bezel. Or maybe the Silverstone TJ01 that SVC.com is selling pretty cheap might be a good horse for modding.

Mystique looks nice, but I can't find a single review on it. That makes me a little reluctant to buy.

What do you guys think of the Centurion 5? Too cheap & flimsy?

The Mystique is brand new but it's just the same as any of the other Centurions with 120mm f/r and the Kingwin 523 - only the name has been changed to protect the innocent. Read reviews of any one and it'll cover them all except for appearance. The consensus around AT is that the Centurion version is a very good case.

Lian-Li PC-60 on Newegg for $99. A lot of room, excellent cooling potential. (Add Yate Loon 120mm/80mm for quietness and cheap!)

I can't tell if you mean the PC-6070B Plus or not, because I can't find a Lian Li with just PC-60. That model has 3x 80mm which isn't a great draw for me.....

I swear I went weeks upon weeks picking out my hardware, making sure it was everything I needed and was compatible and allowed for expansion, and I kind of put the case in the back of my head. Who would have known picking out the case is the worst part of a home build? Not me.
