Whoever keeps calling these bomb threat in at my school

Apparently not. They have either been calling 911, or leaving notes in bathrooms.

They probably call from a pay phone.

Can they trace calls made using Skype or Yahoo Voice (or similar services)?

I'm sure skype/yahoo records the digits dialed, an ip address, and a timestamp.
