That was slightly irritating... I have somewhat seen people like that but not to point where they hit another car several times... yet i did see someone hit 2 cars backed up into a moving vehicle and slammed forward into another when they were backing out of a parking spot.

I fail to see anything wrong in this video. It's pretty obvious that the car getting hit was making the whole situation difficult by getting in the drivers way. Whoever parked there should be fined.

Makes sense. They didn't seem to be able to turn the wheel very far. Anyone other than a beginner car thief or an opportunist would just cut the steering wheel.
