Winning big only affects the polls. USC is already at #2 in the polls, so they can't get any higher. However, Ohio State is 4th in the polls. If they win big, they might move up. I doubt they will move up if they barely beat Michigan.

However, Becasuse Arizona is a SOS killer, Ohio State may barely sqeak past USC into #2 in the BCS. USC fans should root for Michigan (obviously), LSU (to keep a buffer in the polls between Ohio State and USC), and Washington State (Quality win bonus for USC). Also, root for all of USC's earlier opponents, to help with SOS.
