Whoa!!! Indian Couple killed by Contract Killers in my home town

This is a suburb of the metro detroit area and always finishes high up in the "safest city in america" lists that come out. Kind of creepy that this happened less than a mile from where I grew up! RIP. :brokenheart: 🙁

-Illegal Alien Contract Killers go from Texas to Michigan to execute an Elderly Indian Couple a mile form where I grew up.
-Police have not released a motive for the hit or anything about who ordered it.

EDIT: Looks like the killings may be related to a lawsuit filed by the couple against a man in Texas. Link

 
Those were contract killers? I know all the news was saying that there didn't seem to be a motive.

Caught in Taylor huh, that's about 6 or 7 miles from my house in Belleville.

I don't disagree altogether, but I think it was probably the CONTRACT KILLER part that had more of an impact on their actions.

Thats crazy! It fees like its a tad bit close to home (although I live a couple of miles farther away than some in this thread)

Yeah, I'm in Rochester Hills. Part of the reason we chose this place is the safety of the area (it certainly isn't its proximity to the hospitals my wife works at).

i don't think it would make Troy an unsafe place. Those poor folks were targeted, so it's regardless of where they live... the killers will still get them.


Now, on the other hand, the guy who's getting sued and hired the killers is pretty stupid. Motive to teh max..... [sniper shot. andy goes down]
 
I always wanted to be a contract killer, however I've read that the contract is difficult to legally enforce plus life insurance is particularly high.

Assistant prosecuting attorney Kelly Chard told Martone that Servando has a history of arrests for smuggling of aliens and also possession of 19 pounds of marijuana. Chard said Servando appeared before an immigration court last month and was ordered out of the United States.

Whoever hired them must have thought he was getting a good deal, he should have paid a bit more for someone who doesn't get caught, like Leon from The Professional.
