i grew up riding "dirt bikes," and have probably 10-12 years of
off road motorcycle experience...

yeah, i bought it...*laugh*...it just feels weird seeing it in
my garage--can't believe i have it.

can't wait to start putting miles on it. does anyone here belong
to a cycling club / group?

GS model has too much of a "dirt bike" look to it, though it gets many accolades....

so far, i've taken this 'R' out four times...wow...nice engine and gearing--they tuned the 1150 a little differently for the R than its use in the RT or GS...

anyone on here like to talk bikes much?
