Whoa! Hockey Cheerleaders at the olympics!

Am I seeing this right? I swear Germany has cheerleaders (all I can see from this angle). They don't doing anything during play, but afterwards they are jumping around and spinning. Germany and Austria playing now on MSNBC. Germany's got the right idea, now we need cheerleaders at NHL games 🙂 They could even show them on the jumbotrons...

sorry for the horrible pic, this ati tv wonder sucks (although dscaler helps a ton). it's allright, just doesnt take pics worth a damn, then again what do i expect for 40...i shouldnt be complaining it works good for that price.

They never really showed them up close. I'm guessing this is because they didn't want to make the olympics a show for horney dudes, but it's a step in the right direction 😛

I'm glad cheerleaders are starting to appear at hockey games but their down parka and long john uniforms gotta go. How are we supposed to check out the goods under all that insulation? And why don't they have any front teeth?😉

You can't expect to see this happen at NHL games anytime soon... what NHL owner/manager in his right mind would want to give up the space right along the ice behind the boards? Those are the $100+ seats...

Maybe if the cheerleaders were designated to remain up in the aisles or something, but not where they are in the Olympics.
