Whoa, Google just posted 1030 new jobs today

I'm on LinkedIn (PM me if you want to connect btw), and just saw that Google posted 1030 new jobs today. 139 have the tag "MBA" in them (good for me as I've got a few months left in mine).

Polish up those resumes folks and start applying 🙂

PS: Anyone from AT at Google want to give me some tips? 😀

I heard they don't pay as well/work long hours but you get to play ping pong and eat good food for free.

google.com/jobs?

Yes, it fails. No advance filtering. Sometimes a search will only give you five results but if you search the same criteria again, it gives you more results.

Even though it will show 10 pages of results, there are only 6 pages of results.

When I click onto a job to view the job description, I'm not able to go back to my original search but have to perform the search again.

Any high tech company worth its salt will have at least one ping pong table in the breakroom. Where I work we have the occasional organized and corporate-sponsored ping pong tournament, complete with prizes.

That's awesome to hear. I'm graduating in May with my MBA and would love to work at Google.

I read somewhere (Businessweek maybe?) that by the end of this year most Fortune 500 companies expect to be at their same employment levels as two years ago.

so THATs why all the Indians I know are good at ping pong :hmm:

Thanks. I was able to find 8 jobs that I fit well into that didn't suck. I'm already employed -- just looking for something better.

Cali would be nice. 🙂

Wish me luck.

BTW, I'm a Cisco Network Engineer and if anybody wants to network I am on LinkedIn as well. PM me.

Don't forget to factor in population growth.

But the thing about Cali is that ANYBODY can take the bar there. You don't have to be in an accredited program or anything like other states.

True (only state to have an online law school), but I don't think I'm going to go through the Bar licensing process again. One time was enough for me...

Plus, Cali bar is hard.
