Whoa- Amazon.com Replacement Policy is Insane

I ordered a 128mb SD Memory Card, and it was supposed to come 5 days ago via USPS according to their website. I emailed them and told them that I hadn't received it yet. I received an email back from Amazon w/in 24 hours requesting that I verify my shipping address. So I emailed back, verifying my address. And now, w/in 24 hours, I just received an email telling me that my replacement has been shipped!

Doesn't even look like they tried to track it, or wait awhile to make sure the package is really lost.
