They are not actually legal anywhere, they have just been overlooked because nobody cared till just lately. There was a big article in RS about it a few months back.

I think they are legal as long as there is no resin in it.

Then why did they get busted for selling new ones?

I know they were legal here about eight-nine years ago, although the guidelines were strict. Believe me, the owner told me people tried to shut him down constantly. The laws may have changed since then but Oregon is pretty liberal on marijuana.

Guess the new Cheech and Chong movie is in question now. I hope they still make it after he's out.

That's what I always heard. Until you actually use it for something illegal, it's not illegal. I will admit I'm not up on the exact laws here in California, though.

Thats just a dam shame. Im against drugs, especially weed, but I liked Tommy Chong and some of those 'wares' could be considered collectable art work.

If some people happen to use those works for drug consumption thats their fault, but they didnt have to bust up this company.

In the spirit of Tommy Chong, I rented and just got through watching "Things are Tough All Over".

"...Hairpiece! I have hairpiece! "

"You have herpes?"

"Yes! Cant you see?! Hairpiece!!"

"I kill de car!"

"I know where we are going! We are going up hill!"
