dragon ball goku? then it's supes. dragonball Z onwards goku? then goku. of course he'd never have a reason to fight supes.

now vegeta on the other hand.....
 
i hate to say it, but goku... only because saiyans get stronger with every fight, while kryptonians do not. eventually, goku would get kryptonite and kill superman.

Its an anime, don't get too upset. I saw New Dominion Tank Police with the anti tank mines that were huge penises. Needless to say, I was laughing to the point of crying and going WTF?!?

The japanese are weirdos that have had Godzilla attack them every couple of years. They are just plain strange people. Not to say that americans aren't weird in their own ways but honestly Japan is weird in a much different way that americans are. Their sense of humor, and sense of fantasy is much different then ours. I mean Dark Crystal beat out E.T. there in 82 by a landslide.

Much different society then us, and their ways are irrelevant to american culture.

Unfortunately, Superman is also astoundingly stupid. (The only rational explanation for why any of his conflicts don't end up 0.2 seconds.)
 
Well the first fight, superman would win.

Then Goku would take some time to recover, munch on a few senzu beans, train some more, and next time superman is whooped.
