Jeez, i was watching 60 Minutes and they were talking about these people trying to sue these company's. It's their own fault for taking out a loan with a rediculous interest rate..

i thought there were laws against usury.
I dont see how these places stay in business.

I think they should be allowed to stay in business. But i dont understand why someone would use them.

Some states don't have usury laws. In AZ, for example, there is nothing preventing a lender from charging 100% interest.

people should have the freedom of choice if they want to get raped with fees. but what kinda person would want to use them??

My sister-in-law used them before she filled for bankruptcy.

I read the papers. yearly interest rate up to 500%! WTF how is this legal?

I remember a few years ago that they were trying to ban these places. i kinda wish they would. they pray on poor people with outlandish rates

It's not usury because the loan is always less than $500.
Anyone who uses any of these payday loans, or title loans, are fucktards.
