I think Santorum did, but then I'm not a Republican voter. Santorum tends to be the most logical on-stage, though he fails to play to the crowd as much.

Obviously, Newt's sugar daddy told old Newt to tone it down as a condition for another check.
Why take any of this seriously???
Not once has one or any of them gave Obama one single positive compliment.
And they won't.
Imagine a person, yet alone a sitting president, in their eyes unable to do one thing right.
The economy improves? They say "improves in spite of".
Why take any of this seriously....???
Just remember, in the end they all want is for their government to probe your private parts. Is that considered BIG government or THICK government?

I think Santorum did.. Romney was on full on tilt mode. His demeanor was very off-putting. Newgrich acted like a standup comedian, even pausing for audience reaction. Paul seemed like he was running out of things to say.
 
As these guys pound each other silly, the Repub base is looking for a standard bearer that isn't among the contestants, while everyone else is shaking their heads and wondering why are these guys willing to hold these monotonous beauty pageants just to find out who is the fugliest and most vicious one?
 
Obama. All he has to do is sit back, shut up and watch these guys wreck themselves in debate after debate.

If he has half a brain... and let's face it he does... he'll avoid every debate opportunity with the eventual 'winner' of the Republican race.

I'd go the other way. They look like such great debate fodder. I feel like Obama could thrash any of these guys.
 
Certainly not Santorum. I haven't watched the whole clip... but when Ron Paul states obvious facts such as the fact that we know Iran has no nuclear weapon; shaking your head as if he's making things up isn't the correct response.

oh lets ask about contraception AGAIN. nobody i know gives a fuck about that. what I and my little circle of friends care about is the outrageous gas prices, the soaring cost of food, why the economy is still in the shitter, finding a job still sucks. why our houses are worth less than last year and 4 solid years prior.

yea those are the real issues.

They debated contraception? oh lord... thanks for saving me time of looking for the entire event.

I only watched a Ron Paul highlight clip... That may not have given me a complete picture but it did reaffirm how ridiculous Santorum is.

Santorum is that guy who is pandering to the extreme right wing, facts be damned. He's the guy pushing for war with Iran regardless of evidence or of there being any real threat outside of provocation.
