I think accusations of trolling are generally overused; trolls are willfully trying to elicit strong reactions, just for shits and giggles. IMHO the default case is more towards what people actually believe, so in this case Stormfront.

This would be a solution. I think it would be a submission to the fact that our society is racists and that the solution is segregation of the races, as you call them. I have much more faith that children are not born racist and that exposure to differences makes them seem more and more irrelevant. I reject solutions based on past recognition of frustration and hopelessness. I can see the problems racism causes without becoming one myself.
