a lot of characters here have drama, a lot of people here are just characters.... alter egos of themselves when they post.
Some are great looking and have tons of friends, but they can create whatever world they want here. Some probably have no friends, but everyone hears of great parties they attended and all the cool friends they have, etc....some are in between.
The whole model thing is meaningless, being from South Florida you'd understand. Half the 'aspiring' models are just doing what mommy or daddy want, real models get discovered pretty quickly, the contenders just throw money and their families money into whatever their agents/advisors/modeling instructors tell them....half the time these 'agent' have interests in the places they are sending their students....
There are a lot of agencies here too that say something like "for only $1000 we can make you a Super Model, imagine touring Europe, the finest restaurants, hanging out at even the Playboy Mansion!, not all models are beautiful, quite the contrary...most are no more beautiful than you or I, but they learned these secrets and you can too....we will show you how!"![]()
I have seen more extraordinary women who weren't models than those that are....very few models I have met have I felt 'that great'. Most have both the 'big head' and a big head....are large and tall (not obese or anything just pushing 5'8-9" and larger clothes sizes...my preferences have been size 1-3, but I have dated/lived with someone in a size 10 too).
I'm from south florida myself, Miami, and i have dated a model and I can agree with you. My ex gf use to model for Casablanca when the owner herself asked her to model for him and she got paid for it. She use to tell me about how when they use to go to places to sell fliers they would give them to everyone but only give fliers with marks in the back to the pretty girls. The girls that got fliers without marks were given bullshit classes just to take their money. She also told me that the guys that ran the place often threw parties with drugs involved and made some of the girls get involved sexually with them, thats the reason why my ex quit. One day in the studio she said the guys that ran the place told her to take some weed and she quit on the spot. She also told me that most of the girls there were'nt happy with themselves and lifed miserable lifes, she doesn't regret quiting, although she made alot of money.
Is Miami like a hot spot for modelling?
