Who thinks they should make a sports forum?

Yes..agreed!! I need a seperate forum that I can use to bitch about the damn Mets.. ARRGHHH!! :disgust:
 
And why don't they make a car forum? a YAGT forum? a movie forum? an eBay forum? a religion forum?

If we make enough forums, we can eliminate OT altogether.
 
Break up the forums into too many sub forums and you'll have too few people in any one forum for it to be any fun at all.

The OT forums took a HUGE hit in traffic after the last upgrade (a lot of people stopped posting, or cut back in how much they post... either way, it's a lot less busy in here). Why make it even less busy?
 
It is never going to happen, ever. This is a computer based forum. No relation to sports whatsoever. I'm sure there are TONS of sports forums out there, you just have to search, Google that is.
 
yea, the politics and news forum deffinately took a lot of traffic out of here. however sports is not as high as politics was on these boards. and taking more ppl out of the OT forums would as they say kill OT and thats not fun.

P&N was taking over OT like an infectious disease. It had to be moved so all the worthless poliltical threads could be more easily avoided.

edit: Along with that, P&N does a good job of keeping all the nutcases out of OT.

The same need is simply not there regarding sports.

They made P&N for all the trolls.
It's a troll forums.
There aren't many sports trolls, hence no need for a sports forum.

Wrong. Politics and News originated as the Middle East/War forum and eventually became Politics and News.
