Who thinks Netflix Throttles?

What does pirating have to do with anything? It really isn't hard to watch 1 movie a day.

Well, it IS hard if you get your movies from Netflix.... BWA HA!

Throttle-Netflix purposly holding back dvd's or taking a LONG time to get them to you or you sending them back.

Apparently you have to get 12+ movies a month before they start it. I've heard that Netflix "purposly" ships it from Hawaii?

BTW, I'm pretty sure that Netflix SAID they throttle the movies THEMSELVES. They publically admitted it I think.

I watch fewer than 12 movies a month, often fewer than six and still get throttled. When I first started the netflix free trial. I could ship a movie in the morning and recieve a movie the next afternoon or at worst the next day. Then it got to where if i sent two movies back at the same time I would recieve one 2 days later and one 3 days later.

Now it is worse. I sent back two movies on Tuesday and I am to recieve a movie Friday and Saturday. I plan to go down to one movie at a time and while I hate BB I am considering trying their plan.

I pay for 5 movies at a time and get about 5 a week, which equals 20 movies a month. We go through movies pretty fast with kids and other family members watching things during the day.... I've never noticed they were slow in shipping movies, but I do have to wait a long time for new releases (sometimes) which is not too hot.

Anyway, like everyone else said, it's still a deal. If I was to rent 20 movies from a retail rental chain, it would cost me $60-$100 vs $35 netflix charges
