I do! them MOFO can kiss my ass.. Fuackers take orders very fast but when you have a problem, their POS technical support people, which you need to contact to get a RMA, put you on hold to no end on your dime because their cheap ass do not have an 800 number. They probably do this so they don't feel rushed to answer the fuackin phone.

You obviously have trouble with English. It's no wonder why you would have issues with their tech support
 
My brother in-law has been having a problem with them. He ordered one of those Dell refurb notebooks but it wouldn't turn on most of the time so he sent it back for repair or replacement.
It's been a month and a half and they still haven't done anything. 🙁
 
I've had problems with them a couple of times but their CS people were good in resolving them over the phone fairly quickly.
 
I have purchased from them 3 or 4 times and have never had a problem. A lot of the stuff that they sell is refurbed or used, but it has always worked. I have never had to deal with returning something to them, so I can't comment on that.
