Had a case about this awhile ago. This guy was getting hang ups several times every day. After weeks of phone traps and calling different phone security people. Found out a company was auto calling his house thru a service in DC then back to his house in California. The phone company security officer at the customers request contacted the company and took his number off there sys. No more calls end of story>
