Base model PT Cruisers are a pretty good deal when heavily discounted, they go for $12500 new here in Columbus, given what comes as standard equipment, and the very useful interior, and the build quality is also nice. The 5-speed models are fairly spirited too, even with the base motor's 150hp. But not a performance car.

But sticker prices, especially for Turbo models are way too high.

Personally, I like the way they look, but I've always liked retro styling, maybe because I am the old guy mentioned above. :wine:
